Who we are
The Waseela link-page platform and the Bin Abdullah studio for content and design services both run from this website. We respect your privacy and collect as little data as possible.
Data we collect
- Client account data: username, name, bio, links and images that clients add themselves to display on their public page.
- Contact details you choose to send us via WhatsApp or Snapchat when requesting a service.
- Aggregated visitor statistics for client pages: a daily “unique visitor” is counted using a one-way hashed token derived from IP address and browser type; the IP itself is not stored for this purpose, and the token is deleted automatically within about two days.
- Temporary security logs of sign-in attempts (IP address and time) to prevent abuse, deleted within 24 hours.
Cookies and local storage
We only use a strictly necessary session cookie when a client or admin signs in, and we store your dark/light mode preference in your browser. We use no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics.
How we use data
- To run client pages and show them to visitors.
- To show view and click statistics to the page owner.
- To answer your questions and deliver services you request.
- To protect the website from misuse.
Sharing
We do not sell your data or share it for marketing. Fonts and icons load from Google Fonts and cdnjs, which may receive your IP address under their own policies. Links to WhatsApp, Snapchat and other platforms take you to services governed by their own policies.
Security
Passwords are stored with strong hashing, connections are encrypted with HTTPS, and admin access is protected and logged. We will never ask for your Snapchat or other account passwords.
Your rights
You can ask to access or correct your data, or to permanently delete your account and images, at any time by contacting us.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we follow each platform’s minimum age.
Changes
We may update this policy when needed; the date at the top shows the latest update.
